Your pack shipment
FREE delivery all over CYPRUS for orders over €50.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a Travel Express with signature. If you prefer delivery with a different Courier than the one we use or delivered to your location an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package.
For items more than 15kg please ask about delivery methods and delivery times.

Please note that some large and/or heavy items will carry additional postage costs to rest of world locations. We will always contact you to agree the additional postage cost with you in advance of sending if this applies to your order.
Fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are with your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. It is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before signing.If the goods are damaged and not singed for as such, KITEMED cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

We will either exchange the item, issue a full refund or a credit note on the site. Credit notes are non negotiable for transactions over 60 days.
Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Products may be returned within 30 days from the date that they were received. The charges for returns will be the shipping costs (both for delivery and return shipping), and any fees related to handling payments by the bank, Paypal or courier service (e.g. for the "cash on delivery" option). The refund will be made within 30 days from the day we will receive the products and the invoice.
Shipping and packaging costs are covered by us only if a return is necessary due to our mistake or fault. In any other case the return shipping of products at our headquarters remains your responsibility and at your expense. Before returning the product you should always contact us via e-mail or phone for details of the refund.
Important: Returns are accepted and refunded only if the products are in the same good condition as when received, they are unsealed, their packaging and content is in its original condition, and the products have not been used. It is also required to return the original order invoice.
